Having had the coaching supervision training, I no longer dread having to meet with people who “have a problem.” I feel confident that I have the tools to help them come to their own solutions and no longer feel put on the spot to come up with a solution for them. I am already experiencing a slight decrease in the number of problems that come my way. I believe that is because the people I have met with in the recent past now realize that it is OK to try their own ideas.
