Independence Care System

Independence Care System (ICS) is a non-profit, long-term, managed care organization for people with disabilities and chronically illnesses over the age of 21 in the New York City boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx.

ICS is committed to assisting people with disabilities and chronic illnesses to live independently by providing services directly through a network of providers or by assisting their members in arranging services still covered by Medicare and Medicaid to meet all of their health and long-term care service needs.
