Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Newsletter Explores Culture Change

January 13, 2015

Culture change can benefit both nursing home residents and employees, an article in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation‘s Charting Nursing’s Future newsletter (pdf) says.

The article, which appears in the newsletter’s January 2015 issue, provides a very brief look at the history of culture change in the U.S., as well as information about how culture change ideals can be fostered by Medicaid and state survey agencies.

A sidebar mentions PHI’s work instilling culture change values at Orchard Cove, a skilled nursing facility in Massachusetts.

In 2011, PHI published a case study detailing its work with Orchard Cove.
