The Pinkerton Foundation supports community-based programs for children, youth, and families in economically disadvantaged areas in New York City, with a special focus on direct-service programs that have one overriding goal: to help young people reach their full potential.

Support from the Pinkerton Foundation allowed PHI and CHCA to develop targeted case management and retention supports for young adults entering the home care field. Since 2014, this program has served more than 475 trainees and workers aged 18 to 24.
