Disability Advocates Urge Action on Treaty

After voting on a motion to proceed on December 3, the Senate is closer than ever to ratifying the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities  (CRPD) — a UN-endorsed treaty guaranteeing rights for people with disabilities.

Advocates for people with disabilities are calling on supporters to call and tweet their senators to urge them to vote for ratification.
