Pilot Testing the Knowledgeable Nursing Assistants as Creative Caregivers (KNACC) Guide

This research article describes a mixed methods pilot study on the Knowledgeable Nursing Assistants as Creative Caregivers (KNACC) intervention that helps certified nursing assistants (CNAs) improve their care and support techniques in long-term care settings. Researchers hypothesized that using KNACC would increase CNAs' perceptions of structural empowerment and job satisfaction.
