Declaration of Kirk Adams

Affidavit submitted by Kirk Adams, executive vice president of Service Employees International Union, to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in regards to the case Home Care Association of America v. David Weil. The case pertains to a federal rule change that would delay the extension of minimum wage and overtime protections to most home care workers.
