Influence of Individual and Contextual Characteristics on the Provision of Individualized Care in Long-Term Care Facilities

This article presents the results of a study conducted to determine the extent to which long-term care facilities can deliver individualized care. Staff – including direct care workers – from more than 500 facilities were evaluated in the study.
