Anne Geggie is the Chair of PHI’s Board of Directors.
Anne is a Senior Manager with 20+ years of progressive experience in community development finance, including all facets of the lending process and portfolio management for specialized loan programs. She brings to the Board significant knowledge of health care, education, and senior housing sectors for low-income communities, as well as cooperatives and affordable housing. Anne previously served as the Senior Director for Fund Management for LISC, Vice President of At-Risk Management at Lancaster Pollard, and as Director of Impact Evaluation at Capital Impact Partners.
She holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and MA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
