Irma M. Rivera is PHI’s Director of Data and Technology. In this role, Irma applies her experience in operationalizing strategic goals through technology to help translate PHI’s commitment to evaluation into technical requirements. Specifically, Irma is responsible for identifying, implementing, and maximizing user adoption of various data collection and analytics tools and systems. Working in partnership with leadership and staff, Irma plays a key role in ensuring that PHI has the capacity to collect, manage, and leverage data that demonstrate our impact in the field.
Irma received her MPA from the Robert Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and her BA in Communications Arts from the College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, New York.
