New Mexico Direct Caregivers to Convene for Annual Summit

The New Mexico Direct Caregivers Coalition is hosting its Third Annual Summit in Albuquerque on November 2 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Among the topics to be addressed are:

• the impact of the Affordable Care Act on direct caregivers;
• how to get paid to become a family caregiver;
• ways to use your skills to move among different occupations within the direct-care field; and
• setting yourself apart from the rest through credentialing.

Both family and professional caregivers are encouraged to attend.
