Brief amici curiae for AFL-CIO, SEIU, AFSCME, and National Domestic Workers’ Alliance in support of appellants on review

Amicus brief submitted by three leading national labor unions as well as the National Domestic Workers’ Alliance to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in regards to the case Home Care Association of America v. David Weil. The case pertains to a federal rule change that would delay the extension of minimum wage and overtime protections to most home care workers.
