Brief for states of New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Mexico as amici curiae in support of appellants

Amicus brief submitted by members of the attorneys general of four states to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in regards to the case Home Care Association of America v. David Weil. The case pertains to a federal rule change that would delay the extension of minimum wage and overtime protections to most home care workers.
