Amicus brief submitted by PHI and more than two dozen other organizations to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in regards to the case Home Care Association of America v. David Weil. The case pertains to a federal rule change that would delay the extension of minimum wage and overtime protections to most home care workers.
