Declaration of Henry Claypool

Affidavit submitted by Henry Claypool, executive vice president of the American Association of People with Disabilities, to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in regards to the case Home Care Association of America v. David Weil. The case pertains to a federal rule change that would delay the extension of minimum wage and overtime protections to most home care workers.
