PHI’s Ortigara to Be Featured at Upcoming Webinar, Workshop
PHI Organizational Change Consultant Anna Ortigara will be featured in a webinar and a workshop in mid-September.
On September 16, Ortigara will co-present a webinar for the National Research Corporation entitled “Coaching Techniques to Help Satisfy the Employee and Resident.”
Ortigara will be joined by Ashley Thiemann, account manager for My InnerView, to discuss how empowering long-term care staff can lead to greater resident and family satisfaction levels.
The webinar is exclusive to My InnerView clients.
The following day, September 17, Ortigara will appear at a workshop held by the Long Term Care Ombudsman of the Cleveland, Ohio, area.
The workshop is entitled “Building Effective Person Centered Dementia Care Teams.” Registration information is available online.
