Pioneer Network Conference Registration Now Open
Registration is now available for the 2016 Pioneer Network Conference, which will be held July 31 through August 3 in New Orleans.
Members of the PHI Coaching & Consulting Services team will be on hand to present two different “intensive” sessions on August 1.
PHI Organizational Change Consultants Cean Eppelheimer and Kathy McCollett will present an all-day session that will provide a “highly experiential glimpse into the four core elements of person-directed living, the ultimate expression of elder empowerment that effectively shifts power and focus to the elder and the care partner closest to them.”
Additionally, PHI National Director of Coaching & Consulting Services Susan Misiorski and PHI Organizational Change Consultant Anna Ortigara will present “Advancing Care Excellence for Seniors (ACE.S): Integrating Nursing Skills for Person-Centered Care,” a half-day intensive.
Participants will learn about how skills from both the PHI Coaching Communication training and the National League for Nursing‘s ACE.S program can help nurses improve care quality for older adults.
On its website, the Pioneer Network refers to its annual conference as the “nation’s largest national conference dedicated solely to culture change and person-centered care/person-directed living.”
The theme of this year’s conference is “The Culture of Aging.” Registration is available online.
