Improving Job Quality for Home Health Aides: Reflections on NYACH’s Quality Home Care Training Initiative

This report summarizes results of a training and placement program for home health aides (HHAs) in New York City. The New York Alliance for Careers In Healthcare (NYACH) partnered with PHI, the City University of New York, and eight home care agencies to provide high-quality training to prospective home care workers and place them with employers. The program produced a range of promising outcomes.
