The Robin Hood Foundation is New York’s largest poverty-fighting organization. Since 1988, it has focused on finding, funding, and creating programs and schools that generate meaningful results for families in New York’s poorest neighborhoods.
For more than 25 years, Robin Hood has funded PHI’s first-rate workforce training programs for home health aides. These programs have improved employment opportunities and elevated the quality of home health care for consumers in low-income communities. PHI has trained thousands of New Yorkers for quality home care jobs that reflect the dignity and skill required in caregiving work and that offer pathways to economic stability.
