New Office, New Website

November 9, 2012

PHI has undergone two major changes in recent months, moving into a brand-new Bronx office and launching an all-new website.

In August, PHI’s Bronx-based staff moved into a new office on Fordham Road in the Bronx. The office is in a new building that has been LEED-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

It is located near the Bronx Botanical Gardens and Fordham University, and offers PHI employees a larger, more open space in which to work.

PHI shares the office with its affiliate, Cooperative Home Care Associates (CHCA).

Meanwhile, PHI has moved into a new virtual home as well. The new-look PHI website launched in October, and represents a major technological upgrade from the previous site.

The PHI Coaching & Consulting Services section gives users easy access to CCS resources, such as case studies and best practices.

Additionally, the CCS blog is now prominently featured on the CCS homepage.

Elsewhere on the site, the PHI National Clearinghouse on the Direct Care Workforce — which includes more than 1,000 studies, surveys, commentaries, and fact sheets relevant direct-care workers — is now highly searchable and customizable, giving users far more freedom and accessibility.

The new PHI website was developed by Digital Loom.
