Declaration of Michael Hancock in support of defendants’ opposition to motion for a preliminary injunction

Affidavit submitted by Michael Hancock, assistant administrator for policy of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in regards to the case Home Care Association of America v. David Weil. The case pertains to a federal rule change that would delay the extension of minimum wage and overtime protections to most home care workers.
