A recent surge in federal funding and the growing demand for direct care workers have magnified the urgency for states to improve direct care jobs.

As part of our Essential Jobs, Essential Care™ initiative, PHI is partnering with Michigan’s IMPART Alliance, the New Mexico Caregivers Coalition, and the North Carolina Coalition on Aging to co-host a series of virtual skill-building sessions for their coalition members to support them in effectively advocating for these essential jobs.
