NYC Care Congress to Be Held This Sunday

May 31, 2012

A Care Congress event led by Caring Across Generations (CAG) will be held Sunday, June 3, in New York City.

Participants will be encouraged to share their personal stories of giving and receiving care. They will also have the opportunity to take part in discussions about how to improve long-term care in the U.S.

The event will begin at 2 p.m. and end at 5 p.m. On-site registration begins at 1 p.m., but participants are encouraged to pre-register at the CAG website.

Upcoming Care Congress events will be held in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia.

CAG, a national coalition of 200 advocacy organizations, is dedicated to building a movement of everyday people committed to transforming long-term care and implementing solutions to fill the care gap.

PHI is a member of CAG’s leadership committee.
