PHI Calling for Donations for Philippines Disaster Relief

The devastation unleashed by Typhoon Haiyan on the Philippines has undoubtedly had a profound effect on many direct-care workers.

More than 65,000 direct-care workers in the U.S. are Filipinos, according to data from a recent study published in Health Affairs. Filipinos comprise the second-largest grouping of foreign-born direct-care workers in the U.S.

PHI has set up a Filipino Direct-Care Workers Relief Fund.

Donations are currently being accepted through PayPal.
