PHI Coaching Team Launches Webinar Series
The PHI Coaching & Consulting Services team is launching a series of webinars in 2016, aimed at boosting the skills of Coaching trainers that have completed PHI Coaching Supervision, peer mentoring, or coaching communication train-the-trainer programs.
The first webinar, entitled “When Staff Don’t Coach,” will be held on February 16 and will discuss ways for PHI Coaching trainers to engage supervisors who are struggling with consistency using the PHI Coaching Approach®.
It is the first of four scheduled webinars for PHI Coaching trainers in 2016. Registration for the four-webinar series is available online at a reduced rate; webinars can also be purchased individually.
Other webinars in the series for PHI Coaching trainers include:
- Making Coaching Stick — Ideas for Sustainability (May 17)
- The Art and Discipline of Pull Back (August 16)
- Feedback: The Fuel for Personal Growth (November 15)
Webinars can be viewed by groups or individually.
Other PHI Webinar Series for 2016
A second webinar series, aimed at a broader audience of organizational leaders in long-term care, will launch in March. PHI Coaching & Consulting Services team members will lead discussions on the challenges of dealing with an intergeneration workforce, working through staff resistance, and maintaining high standards of customer service, among other subjects.
Finally, the PHI Coaching & Consulting Services team will conduct free quarterly webinars offering the opportunity to learn about the PHI Coaching Approach and other services PHI offers.
