PHI Founder Discusses “Raising the Floor” At National Workforce Development Meeting

Steven Dawson, PHI founder, past president, and strategic advisor, was a guest speaker at the National Fund for Workforce Solutions’ Fourth Annual Meeting held in Chicago from June 17-19.
The theme of this year’s event was “Better Skills, Better Jobs.”
Dawson delivered his remarks at a breakout session entitled “Raising the Floor.”
A panel discussion — led by Matthew Bruce of the Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance, which sponsored the breakout session — followed.
Also on the panel were Teresa Ging, owner, Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique, and Ana Guaajardo, executive director, Centro de Trabajadores Unidos.
