This report provides key findings and analysis of survey data related to Michigan adult foster care homes, homes for the aged, home care agencies, and supportive employment agencies delivering long-term supports and services (LTSS) to participants in the state’s HSW and 1915 (b)/(c) waiver programs. Information collected includes: type of services provided by surveyed organizations; workforce volume; workforce stability; workforce compensation; and training needs and interests.
