This report presents findings from a survey of Michigan provider organizations delivering long-term supports and services (LTSS) to participants in the MI Choice program. These organizations include home care agencies, adult foster care (AFC) homes, and homes for the aged (HFA) that deliver LTSS to seniors and people with disabilities. Information collected includes: type of services provided; workforce volume; workforce stability; workforce compensation; and training needs and interests.
