Hospice Employees’ Perceptions of Their Work Environment: A Focus Group Perspective

Hospice professionals, including hospice aides, are at particularly high risk for burnout. The purpose of this study was to evaluate workplace perceptions of a range of hospice care workers who provide care to patients at the end of life.
