Predictors of Need-Driven Behaviors in Nursing Home Residents with Dementia and Associated Certified Nursing Assistant Burden

Using data from 10 nursing homes in Alabama, this study examines predictors of staff-reported, need-driven behaviors and restiveness to care in nursing home residents with dementia. The results also indicate predictors of certified nursing assistant (CNA) burden.
