WEBINAR: Advocates’ Experiences with Managed Long-Term Services and Supports

The next webinar in the series on Medicaid home and community-based services and supports, co-hosted by the National Council on Aging (NCOA) and Friday Morning Collaborative, is entitled, “State Advocate Experiences in Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS).”

The webinar will take place on August 17 from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. ET.

Currently 16 states have MLTSS programs. That number is expected to increase to 26 by 2014, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The webinar will highlight state advocates’ experiences with existing MLTSS programs and those in development.

The presenters are:

  • Valerie J. Bogart, Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program, Selfhelp Community Services, Inc.
  • Mitch Hagopian, Disability Rights Wisconsin
