PHI Conducting Coaching Supervision Training in Chicago

December 10, 2015

Supervisors of direct-care staff are invited to sign up for a public two-day PHI Coaching Approach® to Supervision training in the Chicago area next February. Since much of PHI’s training and consulting is employer-based, this is a unique opportunity for supervisors to learn PHI coaching skills and improve their ability to support frontline staff to learn and grow on the job.

The engaging, adult learner-centered curriculum will help supervisors boost staff morale, raise retention rates, and improve the quality of care provided at their organization.

PHI Organizational Change Consultants Cean Eppelheimer and Anna Ortigara will lead the training, which will be held February 17 and 18 at the Scottish Home in North Riverside, Illinois.

To ensure a high-quality learning experience, space is extremely limited. Registration information is available at the PHI website; register now for the early-bird special.
