PHI Invited to National LTC Commission Meeting

PHI has been asked to testify at the second meeting of the National Commission on Long-Term Care on July 17 in Washington, DC.

The meeting will be held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Dirksen Senate Office Building, and will include two panels.

PHI Government Affairs Director Carol Regan will be a witness at the second panel, entitled “Meeting LTSS Needs: Coordination of Care and Workforce Issues.”

The other panel will look at the “Diversity of LTSS Demand: Subpopulations and Their Long-Term Services and Supports Needs.”

The National Commission on Long-Term Care was established earlier this year by the American Tax Relief Act.
