PHI’s Eppelheimer to Discuss Person-Centered Care in Pennsylvania

PHI Organizational Change Consultant Cean Eppelheimer will present a talk on implementing person-centered care to the Pennsylvania Culture Change Coalition (PCCC) on May 18.

Eppelheimer will talk about the One Vision: Moving Forward project in Michigan, and will explain how it can be a model for successful person-centered care implementation in Pennsylvania.

In the One Vision initiative, PHI convened long-term care stakeholders to identify perceived regulatory barriers to person-centered care, then developed ways of working together to overcome those barriers.

Eppelheimer’s talk will be viewable at nearly two dozen locations throughout Pennsylvania.
