Older Women Doing Home Care: Exploitation or Ideal Job?

This article draws on interviews with older women in Maine’s home care workforce to explore their unique perceptions of home care job quality. The articles finds that while older workers are subject to the same economic pressures as other home care workers, older workers are particularly well-suited for home care work.
