Resistance, Innovation, and Improvisation: Comparing the Responses of Nursing Home Workers to the COVID-19 Pandemic in Canada and the United States

This study draws on narrative accounts from nursing home workers featured in newspaper articles to identify their responses to COVID-19 pandemic-related policy changes. The findings are compared from two U.S. states and two Canadian provinces.
