Register for PHI Michigan’s Coaching Supervision Training

Members of PHI Michigan will conduct a two-day training in the PHI Coaching Approach® to Supervision on January 14 and 15 in Battle Creek.

The training is aimed at helping leaders and supervisors to enhance staff retention, improve care outcomes, and foster person-centeredness in their facilities.

The training will be led by PHI Organizational Change Consultants Cean Eppelheimer and Anna Ortigara, and will take place at the Calhoun County Medical Care Facility.
