WEBINAR: Looking at the Future of Person-Centered Long-Term Care

June 17, 2015

A June 25 webinar will explore the future of person-centered long-term services and supports, using the upcoming 2015 White House Conference on Aging as a framework.

Developed by the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) and funded by The SCAN Foundation, the webinar will feature:

  • Larry Atkins, Executive Director, Long-Term Quality Alliance; President, National Academy of Social Insurance
  • Amy Gotwals, Chief of Public Policy and External Affairs, National Association of Area Agencies on Aging
  • Nora Super, Executive Director, 2015 White House Conference on Aging

Brian Lindberg, a GSA public policy advisor, will moderate.

The panelists will use lessons learned from the federal Commission on Long-Term Care, which submitted its final report and recommendations in 2013.

Earlier this month, PHI responded to several questions about the future of long-term care that were posed by the White House Conference on Aging, which will take place on July 13.

Registration information for the webinar is available online.
